Almond milk is the best! I became vegetarian over a year ago but only recently found Almond milk. My partner and I are trying to be as vegan as possible now, and with the recent discovery it has been much easier. It's nice to not lose out on the calcium and nutrients or the taste. We've been using it for cereal and oatmeal and actually prefer it to soy milk which is too gritty for our tastes.
THERES NO WAY I AM DRINKIN THAT!!! LOL
I love almond breeze. I bought a 1/2 gal to make smoothies since I am trying to loose weight. Then my son (4) became lactose intolerant and now my daughter. We will be buying nothing but almond milk. It is so much better for you than regular milk. Its cheap at trader joes
I drank decaffienate Celestial Seasonings green tea twice a day for a week and lost 3 pounds! (without changin gmy diet) I stopped drinking it and gained it all back

hello! i love your website and im happy to know that i am doing good on part of my morning meal i been drinking the liquids you reccomended. Now i want to detox my body My question are ones my detoxing prosses is finish can i continue drinking fat loss drink ? will the symptoms stop? will i be able to have a normal day with out the all day use of restroom?

I'm a conscious person especially with my physical appearance. I have tried a lot of sports drinks just to lose my body weight and look sexy, but none of them were effective. I think this sports drink is worth a try! I believe this will help me lose a little weight.
