Transformation of the Month: 30 day case study- Richard Sosman
Richie Lost 13 lbs of Fat in Less than 30 days, what's his Secret???
These Pictures were taken 28 days apart. Look at the difference Richie made to his studly physique.
I recently had a fat loss contest with some of my clients and friends at the gym.
The goal was to lose as much bodyfat possible in a one month period.
We weighed everyone in and tested thier bodyfat both at the beginning and end of the month.
Guess what we found…

The SNEAKIEST Fat Loss drink known to Mankind!

Transformation of the Month- Jen Brazill
"I lost close to 80 lbs and feel better than did 10 years ago!"
"Before I started working with Life Fuel Fitness I thought I already had everything under my control, as far as my shape.
