These Pictures were taken 28 days apart.  Look at the difference Richie made to his studly physique.  

I recently had a fat loss contest with some of my clients and friends at the gym.  

The goal was to lose as much bodyfat possible in a one month period.  

 

We weighed everyone in and tested thier bodyfat both at the beginning and end of the month. 

 

Guess what we found…

 

CONTESTS  ARE A HUGE MOTIVATOR and EVERYBODY LOST a TON of BODYFAT!

 

Think of how successful the Biggest Loser TV show is!

 

The cool thing is that nobody is a loser with a contest like this. Everybody WON by beating themselves and made HUGE Improvements!

"Before I started working with Life Fuel Fitness I thought I already had everything under my control, as far as my shape.  

Little did I know working out with them would be the best thing that could happen to me both physically and mentally.  In the past I have been to a number of different gyms and worked with other trainers.

Then when I started with Life Fuel, I realized that with all the work I had done in the past, it hadnt even come close to where I got with the first month of Life Fuel Fitness.
