  4. Thanks for another good work out on Tuesday- I personally found it a bit harder to motivate myself then when I am alone. I had a hard time pushing myself.
    I am hopefully I'll get some cardio tonight.

    Heck yeah! This is what I am talking about finally I come across a legit work out blog. I have been on that diet of protein and carbs but maybe I am not eating enough carbs. I think it is time that I step up the amount of carbs. I am so sad right now because I got injured and can’t work out for at least 2.5 weeks. Any suggestions on what my diet should be?
