The there many benefits to increasing our fiber intake such as lowering the risk of heart disease, cancer, diabetes and of course keeping our plumbing running smooth.

Rather than getting into the boring stuff , we will discuss how to lose fat by boosting Fiber.


It works by

  1. Keeping us full for longer periods of time and decreases our caloric intake.
  2. Lowering our blood sugar and slowing down digestion so there’s more of chance our food gets used as energy rather than getting stored as fat.
  3. Decreasing our Cravings so we make better choices all day long.

The FDA recommends taking in 20-40 grams of Fiber a day as a minimum and it’s difficult unless we eat fruits, veggies and whole grains all day long.

A dude like James Bond aint got time for that.

He probably bumps up his Fiber intake by utilizing a little known fiber product called Benefiber.

Benefiber is an incredible product that boosts the fiber content of just about anything.

The remarkable factor is that it’s an almost tasteless fine powder that can be mixed into any beverage and almost fully dissolved.

It’s all natural and made from wheat dextrin.

Your Sneaky Challenge for the week

Increase your fiber intake 5 grams a day every 3 days.  For example Mon- 5 grams, Thurs- 10 grams, Sun- 20 grams etc.

40-60 grams of Fiber seems to be the magic number to curb your cravings and burn your bodyfat.


Stay sneaky and get some benefiber, mix it with your beverages or liquid based foods. (Soups,yougurt, etc.)

For convenience use the pills, packets or Fiber Gummies.

Remember do it slowly and disperse your Fiber intake throughout the day.    And drink as much ice cold water as possible to aid the fiber absorption.

Take it easy and listen to your body to make sure you’re regular.

Sitting on the toilet all day may be fun  but its probably not the best way to lose weight.

P.S- As a Super Sneaky tactic consume 5-10 grams of Fiber prior to a cheat meal or a night of evil eating to stay full and decrease the chance of fat storage while you PIG out.
